Match-AI - AI colleagues for SMEs

Have an AI agent built

Have an AI agent built that starts with real work.

Not months talking about AI, but one agent that takes over a recurring task: completing requests, following up leads, preparing files or sorting customer questions.

EERSTE PILOT

Start with a 4-week onboarding period: one task, one source of input, one clear output for your team. For a rate we agree with you in advance, then you decide.

Having an AI agent built only works if you start with a concrete process, clear boundaries and output your team can use right away.

THE HOOK

Sell on the work that keeps piling up.

Your AI colleague can do a lot. In the 4-week onboarding period we teach it, together with you, the work that keeps piling up every week: completing requests, tracking files, following up leads, preparing quotes or supporting production.

After that it grows into new tasks. Industries are examples; the real entry point is the workflow that keeps stalling.

An AI agent can prepare and carry out recurring work in your business using your existing systems. Start with a clear process, agreed sources and a result you can check. Match-AI sets up integrations with you. Your team provides feedback and stays in control of sensitive actions and decisions throughout.

WORKFLOWS THAT COST MONEY OR TIME

Where this AI colleague takes work off your hands

This page focuses on recurring work. No generic AI promise, but concrete tasks that return every week and become measurable fast.

01

Choose the process

We choose the work that comes back every week and currently costs time or follow-up.

02

Define the rules

What may the agent do on its own, when does it ask further, and when does it go to a person?

03

Connect the sources

Mail, forms, documents, CRM or knowledge base are connected where needed.

04

Design the output

The agent delivers no loose text, but a briefing, task, summary or action list.

05

Test with real cases

We test on real requests, customer questions or files before it goes live.

06

Go live and expand

After the first workflow, we expand to new tasks and better rules.

WHY THIS MATTERS COMMERCIALLY

Not another tool. A colleague that preps the work for your team.

Most companies lose time not to one big task, but to dozens of half-finished questions: incomplete requests, loose emails, forgotten documents, feedback without an owner and leads that get followed up too late.

BEFORE MATCH-AI

Work arrives half finished.

  • • emails, WhatsApps and forms are scattered
  • • someone has to keep asking the same basic questions
  • • important information is missing when you want to plan or quote
  • • follow-up depends on who happens to have time

AFTER MATCH-AI

Your AI colleague makes the work transferable.

  • • a request or report is summarised automatically
  • • missing information is requested
  • • next action, owner and priority are proposed
  • • your team stays in control and approves the important steps

4-WEEK ONBOARDING

We do not build everything at once. We take one recurring workflow live.

01

Choose the workflow

Start with a 4-week onboarding period: one task, one source of input, one clear output for your team. For a rate we agree with you in advance, then you decide.

02

Learn the rules

Which questions does the agent ask, where does it stop and when does it go to a human?

03

Connect the input

Email, form, Telegram, Drive, CRM or existing customer documents.

04

Live with oversight

First version at work, with a clear feedback loop for improvement.

SAMPLE OUTPUT

Your team gets a work briefing, not chatbot talk.

A good AI colleague does not send a long answer. It delivers a usable handover that someone can act on straight away.

// SME businesses

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the main questions.

How much does having an AI agent built cost?
You start with a 4-week onboarding period on one concrete process. We onboard your AI colleague together with you; that takes 4 weeks; we agree the rate with you in advance. After that you decide whether to extend the trial period. If it stays, Match-AI works with a fixed service per 4 weeks at a rate we agree with you in advance; each extra AI colleague or each extra 10 people on request. Not per user: your whole team works in the same AI colleague.
Can you build an AI agent without an in-house IT department?
Yes. Especially for SME businesses, we set up the first version practically around existing tools, mail, forms and working agreements.
What is a good first AI agent?
Lead follow-up, quote preparation, inbox/customer questions, intake or administration are often the best starting points because the impact becomes visible quickly.
What needs to be in place before we build an AI agent?
A clear workflow, examples of real requests or customer questions, desired output, boundaries for independent actions and a colleague who gives feedback on the first version.
When is an AI agent better than separate automation?
When the work contains text, context, exceptions or judgment. A simple integration moves data; an AI agent understands information and makes work transferable.
What happens in the first weeks?
In week 1 we choose the process and define input, output and decision rules. In weeks 2 and 3 we connect the sources and test the agent on real requests or files. In week 4 it goes live on one workflow, with human control over exceptions. Your team mainly supplies examples and feedback; we build and adjust.
Who maintains the AI agent after delivery?
Match-AI stays responsible for maintenance for as long as the service runs: rules, integrations and knowledge sources are kept up to date as your way of working changes. Your own team does not have to build or maintain an agent. If something breaks or a source changes, we pick that up within the fixed service per 4 weeks.

How your AI colleague works

One AI colleague that connects everything. Learns from your whole team.
