Privacy Statement

Match-AI B.V. (in formation), located at De Kronkels 16B, 3752 LM Bunschoten-Spakenburg, provides AI assistance services. Match AI is a facilitating technology service and accepts no responsibility for the content, output or use of the AI assistant by the client.

The client is at all times solely responsible for:

• Data entered into or shared with the AI assistant
• Output and information generated by the AI assistant
• Compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws when using the service
• Accuracy of decisions based on AI output

Match AI is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service or the processing of data by the client.

Match AI only processes strictly necessary data:

• Contact details (name, email, phone) for account management
• Company name for invoicing and communication
• Technical usage data (logins, session data) for security

Match AI does not store conversations or AI output beyond what is technically necessary.

• Performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b)
• Legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6.1.c)

Match AI does not process data for marketing or profiling without explicit consent.

The AI assistant generates responses based on third-party language models (including Anthropic, OpenAI). Match AI:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI output
• Is not liable for decisions based on AI output
• Is not responsible for damage caused by use of the AI assistant
• Has no control over the output of underlying AI models

Match AI is not responsible for the privacy policy or data practices of these third parties.

• Customer data: 7 years after end of agreement (tax obligation)
• Technical logs: maximum 90 days
• Conversation data: not structurally stored

Match AI takes appropriate technical measures. Match AI accepts no liability for data breaches, hacks or unauthorized access by third parties beyond Match AI's control.

You can submit a request for access, rectification, deletion or data portability via jarno@match-day.nl. We respond within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP).

Match AI reserves the right to change this privacy statement at any time. The most current version can be found at match-ai.nl/privacy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
