Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and services of Match-AI B.V. (in formation), hereinafter referred to as "Match AI".

Match AI provides AI assistance services on a best-effort basis. Services are provided as-is without any warranty.

Match AI provides no warranties regarding:

• The operation, availability or uptime of the AI assistant
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of information provided
• The suitability of the service for specific purposes
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is offered. Match AI does not guarantee any uptime percentage or response times.

Match AI accepts no liability for:

• Damage resulting from the use or inability to use the services
• Loss of data, revenue or profit
• Indirect, consequential or incidental damages
• Decisions made based on output from the AI assistant

While Match AI strives for high availability, no specific uptime is guaranteed. Maintenance, updates and unforeseen circumstances may lead to temporary service interruption.

The client uses the AI assistant entirely at their own risk and is responsible for:

• Verifying the output and information from the AI assistant
• Decisions made based on the AI assistant
• Compliance with laws and regulations when using the services

Match AI reserves the right to:

• Adjust or terminate services
• Amend these terms and conditions
• Adjust prices (with 30 days notice)

Token usage of the AI models used is based on a Fair Use Policy. Match AI reserves the right to impose restrictions or charge additional costs in case of excessive use.

This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Match AI is established.
