What does an AI colleague from Match-AI cost?

You start with a 4-week onboarding period. In it we map your processes, connect your AI colleague to your own systems and train it on real work. Then you decide whether it stays. If it does, we agree the rate per 4 weeks with you in advance, tailored to your organisation. Not per user: your team works in the same AI colleague.

Not per user: your whole team works in the same AI colleague. After the 4-week pilot (€999 excl. VAT) it is a fixed service per 4 weeks, at a rate we agree with you in advance. The EU-only variant, fully on EU infrastructure with an EU model route, is available at an additional fee.

The subscription runs for 12 weeks and can then be cancelled every 4 weeks, with 4 weeks notice. All amounts excl. VAT.

Am I tied to anything afterwards?+

After the onboarding period you decide. If you don’t continue, it simply ends. If you do, the subscription runs for 12 weeks and can then be cancelled every 4 weeks, with 4 weeks’ notice.

After the 4-week pilot (€999 excl. VAT) it is a fixed service per 4 weeks, at a rate we agree with you in advance. Extending with an extra AI colleague we discuss in consultation.
